To pay your membership dues online, fill out this form and you’ll be directed to our PayPal page to complete the rest of the transaction. You can use a major credit card, funds from your bank account or PayPal account. Your payment will be credited to your outstanding PBCPBA dues, less any accrued late fees. Alternative ways of to pay:
If your agency has PBA Dues Checkoff, your dues can be automatically deducted from your paycheck each month. Please complete a Payroll Deduction Form to authorize the Payroll Deduction option and bring or send in to the PBA Office with an original signature.
Bank Draft Authorization
Your dues can be automatically deducted from your bank account each month. Please complete the Bank Draft Form and select monthly, quarterly, or yearly and please complete and return original to the PBA, attention Angela D. Twomey, Office Manager.
Credit Card Debit Authorization
Your dues can be automatically deducted from your bank account each month. Complete the Credit Card Draft Form and select monthly, quarterly, or yearly and return original to the PBA, attention Angela D. Twomey, Office Manager.
Pay by check
You can mail your check to PBA, 2100 North Florida Mango Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. Put your membership number on your check to ensure proper crediting to your account. Your membership number can be found on your membership card, an invoice or by calling the office.
